Why weekly inspections?

As a homeowner, you have a significant investment, both financially and emotionally, in your property here in Maine. I have seen first hand how much can go wrong in a home and weekly inspections provide the best coverage and appropriate security. I’m going out of town, how do you work with that?

Whether you age going away for 3 months or 3 years, we work with you to take care of all your needs and concerns. We communicate, regularly, with customers who are travelling for business or pleasure or who are posted overseas. Staying in touch is never a problem, we currently work with international customers in Hong Kong, Tokyo, the Mariana Islands, and anywhere in Europe.

Vendors, do you use ours or yours?

We have a wonderful following with the best of the trades in southern Maine, including plumbers, electricians, alarm companies, landscapers and landscape architects, irrigation specialists, snow plowers, roof shovelers, and we can even recommend a great dentist, doctor, lawyer or hair stylist. If you have your own list of providers that you are happy with, we always stick with them unless you tell us otherwise.

What about when I’m here?

Normally, when a homeowner is in residence, for an extended time, e.g. for the summer, we suspend service according to your schedule. We want you to enjoy the privacy of your home, and your time in Maine. However, we are always available to talk about projects, what to do, where to eat, or to have a cup of coffee and a chat.

I need to ship packages and furniture to Maine for my home, how do you manage that?

We receive FedEx and UPS daily for our customers and then take them to your home for your arrival. In addition, we make all the arrangements to receive deliveries at your home of anything from fine art to furniture.
